This beautiful detached villa with private pool, you are assured of a quiet area with many beautiful beaches between La Croix Valmer and Le Lavandou. The villa is very attractively furnished. There is partial sea view and a nice view of a nature area with hills. The villa sleeps up to eight people. The villa is about 100 meters on the Mediterranean side of the Massif des Maures in two minutes by car from the beach. In the immediate vicinity, many (water ball) sports are practiced and places visited. Around the house are four stylishly decorated and cozy terraces and seating areas. The garden (around 1000 m2) is well maintained and consists of more or less tiered borders. The villa is accessible via a locked gate on the street along an access road of 60 m. At the end of the driveway to the house, there is a private parking for at least two cars. The villa offers great opportunities for sunbathing on the large existing garden furniture (sun beds and lounge bed), read and eat outside. The swimming pool (approx 3m by 6m) deep 1.60 meters. A lovely and cozy villa in a beautiful environment to spend a holiday in a natural and peaceful environment, with the possibility of visiting the many charming beaches, which is the nearest Plage Pramousquier (by car about 4 minutes) with cozy beach bars (l Ecrain, Tamaris and Akwaba). Grocery shopping is about 3 minutes and the village of Cavaliere is a 5 minute drive. And there are occasionally two natural phenomena to observe. Thus, in a dark but clear night and see the Milky Way on a regular basis, the moon in the evening as a huge red ball in from the sea.

Interior
The villa has a comfortable and cozy living room (lounge and dining area) with all relevant issues such as wireless Internet, DVD player, radio / CD player, satellite TV with many channels and a wood burner. The patio doors from the living room give access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has all the amenities, 4 hot plates, microwave, oven / grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker water and milk and Nespresso coffee machine. The villa has three very attractively furnished bedrooms, two of which are located at the level of the living room. The 3rd bedroom is one floor up. On this floor is next to the bedroom is also a loft with a sitting area and a sofa bed. Furthermore, this floor is adjacent to a spacious terrace across the width of the house with cozy chairs to relax. From the terrace on three points, a modest but clear sea. All bedrooms have double beds (140x200) beautifully made up with nice linens. There are two bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet). Also in the house is a separate toilet. In addition to the three bedrooms in the villa, there is also a fully refurbished studio with a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom of the studio has a double bed (140x200) and in the living room of the studio is also a (new) sofa bed. Here, too, a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. The villa is run by a Dutch charitable foundation.
