You are welcome in our little paradise. The beautiful apartment of 80 m2 is located directly on the sea and is within walking distance of the center of Nice. The apartment is located in a monumental building on the Promenade des Anglais and consists of a large living room, an open kitchen with associated modern appliances and dining area. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Each of the bathrooms has a shower, toilet and sink. In the spacious (parent) bedroom there is a double bed, in the second bedroom a bunk bed. The sofas can be converted into living room into single beds. The apartment has 3 balconies at the front and 1 balcony at the rear. From the front you can enjoy a fantastic sea view.
From the airport you can reach the apartment by bus or tram in less than 20 minutes. There are several parking garages in the area. The old center of Nice can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. You can also use bus, tram or "public transport" bicycle. You just have to cross the road to swim in the Mediterranean. The apartment is an ideal base for trips by bus, train or car. The bus to Cannes and Antibes stops at the door.
