The large garden with terrace overlooks the sea and the old town of Antibes. Antibes is only a 10-minute walk away. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. The apartment is on the ground floor. From the garden, even in a sitting position, you can see the old town well. It is lively on the boulevard because there is a sailing club opposite the apartment. In the high season of June and July you can also rent a catamaran or sailboat.
