The house is located on the ground floor and is very spacious (100 m2 including 2 terraces), with a large terrace on 2 sides (east/west), so you always have sun on one side and shade on one side. The bedrooms are both equipped with air conditioning ! The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, microwave). Thanks to the 2 modern bathrooms, the house is also particularly suitable for 2 couples, for example. The separate toilet can be reached from the hall. Towels and bed linen are available for hire (with beds made on arrival). Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and an extra folding bed that can be added for a child. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with 2 separate mattresses. Because the apartment is on the ground floor , it is also suitable for the disabled and you do not have to use a lift. It has its own free parking space in the covered parking garage, so the car is always cool. There are 3 swimming pools in the complex, the largest of which is close to the apartment ( 33 meters long). Despite all the hustle and bustle in the high season, the apartment is in a particularly quiet location. There is of course also free WiFi and HD TV.

Bus stops are located in front of the door, on both sides of the residence. Here you can catch the bus to Cannes (only €1.60 per journey), the beach or to other destinations. From the end of June to mid-September there is a free shuttle bus ( Navette Mimoplage ) to the beach. The bus to Nice airport also stops across the street!
