In August 2024 we rented this apartment. An ideal base for trips to seaside resorts. The swimming pool on the complex is nearby and wonderfully quiet by rules (no balls/game items). The inventory of the apartment is sublime, everything is there. The communication with the owner is smooth. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice, spacious and complete appt on a well-kept park. Korien gave us a lot of activity info in advance. Pool is nice and clean, but lifeguard is (too) strict. No diving, no balls, air mattress etc. Many elderly people. Bea...

You can park your car in a private spot in the parking garage. Close to nice beach and supermarkets. Nice trips to Monaco, st. Tropez and Antibes.

An overall 10 is more than justified!! Very clean, comfortable, spacious apartment with all amenities and air conditioning in the bedrooms, as icing on the cake. Top swimming pool and disciplined co-tenants/owners. Top location...

Property is conveniently located as a base to nearby cities. It's just a pity that you can't walk out in the evening, otherwise it would have gotten a 10 from us!

We had a great time in this apartment. We were also welcomed by a warm French cleaning lady! For visiting places such as Nice, Cannes, Antibes and St. Raphaël it is very convenient. In short: highly recommended!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment
The apartment is as described: spacious, well equipped, modern and with a beautiful view of the park from the terrace. The gardens of the residence and the apartment itself are perfectly maintained. There are some very large trees that you never get tired of looking at. We would like to thank the owner who always responded very quickly to our messages, kept us fully informed at all stages of the rental and was very correct. We would also like to thank the person on site who helped us to get the flat back quickly and in perfect condition. The pool is clean and very big and very close to the flat. There are shops nearby and the beach shuttle bus stop is in front of the complex. We were able to enjoy the beach every day, even though the apartment is not by the sea. It was a very pleasant stay. We highly recommend this rental.
