Fantastically located detached house with a beautiful and unobstructed view and a private swimming pool just outside Sainte Maxime. Now in full renovation but ready from June 2025.

I recently bought a fantastically located detached house which I am currently completely renovating into a luxury holiday home. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and good satellite wifi. There is also a private swimming pool with jet stream and there are plenty of places to park your car in the driveway. I will update the photos in the near future as soon as part of the renovation is finished. The current photos are of the state of affairs at the beginning of April 2025. So they are still some messy and incomplete photos for which I apologize, but they already show something of the atmosphere. Feel free to contact us if you want to know more.
The reviews here are from my previous house and therefore do not concern this house...! But they say everything about the way I rent out. Only happy tenants who endorse the style and comfort of my home and how I treat tenants.
The house is secluded on a large piece of land (1000m2) with its own closed driveway and ample parking for your car. There is also a private swimming pool (7x4x1.5m). At the moment we are still working on a complete metamorphosis both inside and outside which will be ready before the rental season (from July).
The swimming pool is now ready for use. The pool is based on salt, so almost no chlorine.
The kitchen is still being tackled on the last points and also the entire garden.
There will be a new and large wooden terrace on two sides of the house, including by the pool with nice sunbeds with umbrellas.
There will also be a new veranda of 6x3 meters attached to the house to be able to sit outside covered and sheltered. There will also be a nice lounge area and a dining table.
The garden is located on the southwest so that you always have sun and / or shade around the house.
It is located on a quiet Domaine between the villages of Le Muy and Ste Maxime, it is super green and the peace and privacy are enormous. It is really as they call it in the campaign and gives beautiful views and sunrises and sunsets.
The Domaine is a bit remote so you have to take the car for groceries. The village of Le Muy can be reached in about 10 minutes and Sainte Maxime in about 15 minutes. The beaches of Sainte Maxine can be reached in about 20 minutes. Saint Tropez is about half an hour's drive away and Cannes and Nice can be reached in 45-60 minutes. But Monaco, Aix en Provence or the Gorges du Verdon can also be reached in just over an hour. All in all, a perfect base for nice trips if you want to go out. Of course you can also stay at home by the nice private pool. The Domaine has daily fresh bread and a mini supermarket for the most necessary groceries and a restaurant for a simple snack or a pizza.
In short, a great detached house in a very nice and central location. Very quiet location but close to the cosiness and bustle of everything the Cote d'Azur has to offer.
