Holiday home Sinnewille is unique because of its panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea (the bay of La Ciotat). The area is rural, with vineyards and olive groves. Most houses on the slope have permanent residence, but you are not bothered by each other.
Sinnewille has 4400 m² of private land, guaranteeing peace and privacy.
The sandy beaches of Les Lecques and La Madraque are a 10-minute drive away and in 5 minutes you can drive to one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf resorts in Europe: Dolce Frégate.
AUTHENTIC PROVENCAL VILLAGE
Our beautiful medieval village of La Cadière d'Azur exudes the atmosphere of the past with steep streets, a bakery who bakes his breads on a wood fire and a terrace under the plane trees.
Nearby are the picturesque fishing villages of La Ciotat, Cassis, Bandol and Sanary. Every week there is a market where the fish is brought in from the sea. Along the boulevards there are countless restaurants and small boutiques and in the harbors luxury yachts bob between the colorful fishing boats.
Wine lovers will get their money's worth in this region. The Bandol wine is famous and there are numerous domaines and wine châteaux where you can taste.
A Grande Randonnée walking route runs past the house and the area is also excellent for cycling. Good electric mountain bikes are available for rent in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer.
A little further away (30-45 min), but well worth a visit, are Marseille, Toulon and Aix-en-Provence. For motorcycle and car enthusiasts, there is the Formula 1 Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, where events take place regularly.
FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
For children there is of course the swimming pool, a safe trampoline of 3.5 meters with stairs and protective net and even a tree house. The beaches of Les Lecques and La Madraque are very child-friendly. In addition, there are several attractions nearby:

THE HOLIDAY HOME
The holiday home is suitable for 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- master bedroom with double bed (separate mattresses) and private toilet and shower
- guest room with double bed (separate mattresses)
- bedroom with two bunk beds
In the hallway there is a second toilet and second bathroom with shower and sink. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and roller screens are available for the two large bedrooms. For small children are available:
- Koelstra camp bed with linen and mosquito net
- two high chairs
- foldable baby bath
The living-dining room has a cozy real fireplace. There are games and books available and there is a radio/CD player. The kitchen is modern and equipped with:
- induction hob
- combi oven/microwave
- dishwasher
- second refrigerator
HIGH-SPEED INTERNET
Sinnewille has 1 Gb/s fiber optic internet. The wifi is free and has full coverage in the house, on the terraces and by the pool. This makes the house also very suitable for remote working, video calling, streaming or gaming.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Around the house are several terraces with tables, chairs and umbrellas. There is always a pleasant place to be found with a choice between sun and shade. Have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or dine with the thousand lights of La Ciotat. The private swimming pool is 7.30 × 4.15 meters with a spacious pool terrace of 180 m² and outdoor shower. A spacious canopy provides shade and there is a cuisine d'été with sink and extra fridge. Due to the ascending stairs, the house is not suitable for the disabled.
THE SECRET SEASON
Sinnewille is also a wonderful place outside the high season. Indian summer is actually the "secret season". SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER are perhaps the most beautiful months in Provence: warm sea water, quiet beaches and mild evenings on the terrace. During the day the sun often shines with temperatures around 15-20°C. With a bottle of rosé in the sun and bare feet in the sand of an empty beach, it's a good place to be. Or how about working with a laptop on the terrace, while looking out over the boats in the bay? In the evening, the fireplace provides extra atmosphere and the house has modern electric radiators for comfortable heating.
