Holiday home Sinnewille is unique because of its panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea (Bay of la Ciotat). The area is rural, with vineyards and olive trees. Most of the houses on the slope have permanent residence, but you are not disturbed by each other. Sinnewille has 4400m2 of private land, which guarantees privacy.
The sandy beaches of les Lecques and la Madraque are a 10-minute drive away and in 5 minutes you can drive to one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf resorts in Europe: Dolce Fregat.
Our beautiful medieval village of la Cadière d'Azur breathes the atmosphere of the past with steep streets, a baker who bakes his bread on a wood fire and a terrace under the plane trees.
In the vicinity are the picturesque fishing villages of la Ciotat, Cassis, Bandol and Sanary. Every week there is a market where the fish is brought in from the sea. There are countless restaurants and small boutiques along the boulevards and luxury yachts bob between the colorful fishing boats in the harbours.
Wine lovers will get their money's worth in this region. The Bandol wine is famous and there are numerous domaines and wine chateaus where you can taste.
A grande randonnee runs along the house, but you can also cycle briskly. Good electric mountain bikes are available for rent in ST. Cyr sur Mer.
A little further away (30-45 min), but also worth a visit are the cities of Marseille, Toulon and Aix-en-Provence. For the motorcycle and car enthusiast there is the Circuit du Castellet of Ecclestone, where there is often something to see and do.
For the children there is of course the swimming pool, a safe trampoline of 3.5 meters with steps and protection net and there is a real tree house. The beaches of Les Lecques and la Madraque are child-friendly. And then there is Aqualand, the water park 10 minutes away, or the Wild West amusement park OK Corral (25 minutes) and the zoo of Bandol (10 minutes) and that of Toulon (35 minutes).
The holiday home is suitable for seven people. There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses) and private toilet and shower, the guest room with a double bed (separate mattresses) and the back room with a bunk bed and one single bed. In the hallway a separate toilet and an extra bathroom with shower and sink.
The bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are roller blinds for the two large bedrooms.
There is a Koelstra camp bed with linen and mosquito net, two high chairs and a foldable baby bath.
The living-dining room has a fireplace. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has an induction plate, a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and second refrigerator.
In the cupboards many games, books and there is a radio / CD player. There are also movies on DVD that you can play on your laptop.
Our WIFI is free, but the internet in France is slow. At the Mc Donalds in St. Cyr sur Mer they do have fast internet.
Around the house are several terraces with tables, chairs and umbrellas. You can always choose between sun and shade. Have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or dine with the 1000 lights of la Ciotat. The private pool is 7.30m x 4.15m with a spacious terrace of 180 m2 and outdoor shower. A spacious roof offers shade all day long, there is a sink with a sink (cuisine d'été) and an extra fridge.
Due to the ascending staircase, the house is not suitable for the disabled.
Sinnewille is also a wonderful place in the winter months.
From November - April there is a lot of sun during the day with temperatures between 10-20 degrees. With a bottle of rosé and bare feet in the sand on an empty beach is a good place to be! Or how about a laptop on your lap, and then have online meetings with people who dial in at their kitchen table in the Netherlands, while you peer over your screen at the ships in the bay? During the day you can often walk around with short sleeves and in the evening with a sweater. The fireplace works great. The house has electric radiators.
In the winter months, in addition to the rent, you also pay the heating costs.
Special price agreements can be made for longer periods in the low season.
