These prices include bed linen, towels, made beds and private parking.
We require a deposit of €300 which you will get back after the apartment has been checked!
You will find the rules for cancellation in our rental conditions. You can only book a single night after a stay of 7 days.
After your booking you will receive the rental agreement and rental conditions from us. We request that you sign this and return it to us.

In Juan Les Pins and Antibes are several museums including the Picasso Museum, Peynet museum, city museum, archaeological museum and the square fort (Fort Carré)!
For the little ones a round at the Carousel of course great. For older children there is a karting track and there are trampolines (On the boulevard near the Casino)

With Cannes and Nice around the corner you can shop to your hearts content!

BIOT is a small village famous for its glass-blowing art.

So you can within 3 hours from cold, wet and cold Netherlands to sunny Juan Les Pins!

Once arrived in Juan Les Pins you have no car needed. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away and the station is not far away.
By train you can go to Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia etc.
There Several buses including bus 200!
This bus on the N7 between Cannes (15 minutes) and Nice (45 minutes) back and forth and stops at all places including Biot, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Villeneuve-Loubet, etc. Every time you board costs € 1! So for € 2, you can back and forth to Nice or Cannes.
The biggest advantage is that you never have parking problems or parking costs skyrocketing!
