Comfortably and modernly furnished. Large living/dining room with sofa bed x 2 (90 cm, length 1.90 cm). smart TV with Netflix. Patio 20 m 2 with terrace to the spacious garden 125 m 2 . Kitchen (4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine. Separate toilet. + sink. Free WiFi (fiber optic) fast internet, wave pool and 2 other swimming pools.
THE ENTIRE TOP FLOOR HAS AIR CONDITIONING. The entire top floor including 2 bathrooms and toilet was renovated in November 2023.
Upper floor: Shower/WC, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and air conditioning, 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1 x 180 cm, 1 x 200 cm), Adjacent bathroom with bath and sink, TV and air conditioning. Both bedrooms with terrace. Electric charging stations are available in the park.

Villa Leopard Grimaud is a large luxury villa with a private swimming pool within walking distance of the medieval village of Grimaud and a 10-minute drive from the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
On the terrace is a large lounge set and a large dining table with 10 chairs
The private pool is rectangular and measures 8 x 5 m. The maximum depth is 1.5 m. Cleaning is by means of chlorine. The swimming pool can be heated in the early and late season.
From the outdoor table you have a magnificent view of the surroundings. In the summer, the pergola with shade cloth provides cooling
