Maison Cocorico is located in the Var, about 30km northwest of Cannes. The house is located along a side street of the D19 between the idyllic villages of Seillans and Fayence. The site is high, surrounded by forests so you can completely relax. The terrace next to the kitchen is ideal for breakfast. There is a large table for 10 people. If breakfast runs a bit late, the large parasol provides sufficient shade. On the other hand, from the evening terrace we have a view of Seillans and the surrounding mountains: the ideal setting for an aperitif at sunset. And of course the swimming pool and surrounding terrace are in the sun all day long. This means that the pool water can easily reach 29° C in the summer.

The house has 5 bedrooms: 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed with space for a cot in the room. There are also 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge/freezers, an oven and an induction hob.

In the garage there are two washing machines and a dryer for large and small laundry. And there remains enough space for the car. 3 cars can easily be parked outside.

Besides the two nearby villages, there are a lot of sights within a short distance from the house. Some of these include: Cannes, the Gorges du Verdon, le Lac de Saint-Cassien, and many more. When booking we provide an extensive list of all nearby attractions so you just have to enjoy!

In the summer of 1975 we came on holiday in Seillans for the first time. First in the Hotel de France of the Clariond family. Since 1981 in the house my parents built. This house and the sun-drenched holidays we experienced there therefore have a special place in our hearts. From May 2021 we want to share that experience with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Arriving and departing on Saturdays.
Check-in from 4:00 pm, check-out before 10:30 am.

100 kWh of electricity and 10 m³ of water are included in the rental price. This is well above the average weekly consumption recorded last season.

Cleaning after the stay is mandatory carried out by our concierge for a fee of 180€. Bath and bed linen can also be rented from her.
