A house to live together
The living room is spacious and bright, with patio doors on two sides. On hot days, you open everything up against each other and the air pulls through the house. On cooler evenings, the fireplace is lit. The loggia is the place for long breakfasts and dinners that sprout on their own. From all three bedrooms you step outside, making it easy for everyone to find their own coffee spot in the morning.
The house is spread over several levels against the hill. This gives the house its special layout and different views, but also means that there are stairs inside and outside.

There are two swimming pools on the property, including a children's pool, and two tennis courts. You can walk there in about seven minutes. During the day you can take your tennis racket with you or cool off in the pool; Afterwards, you can retreat to your own terrace.
The house itself is sheltered among the greenery. The south terrace is quiet and secluded and is nice for breakfast, lunch and an afternoon with a book. The north balcony is higher and has the most beautiful panorama, exactly the place where you want to have an aperitif at the end of the day.
Saint-Tropez, Grimaud and the sea
From Maison Cocorico you can quickly reach the coast, but also in the hills and villages of the Var.
Grimaud is about 3 kilometers away. In the medieval village, you can stroll through narrow streets, look around small shops and visit the Provencal market on Thursdays. The beaches at Cogolin and Port Grimaud are about ten minutes' drive away. Saint-Tropez is about twelve kilometers away.

Maison Cocorico is perfect for a family or two couples who want to discover the Gulf of Saint-Tropez together, but prefer not to stay in an anonymous resort. For people who want to go to the market in the morning, go to the sea during the day and are not in a hurry in the evening. For families with older children who like to swim and play tennis, but can also appreciate their own space. And for friends or family who travel with six people and are looking for a house where you can eat together, sit outside and still not be on each other's lips all the time.
Less suitable for guests who expect a private pool right next to the house or who have difficulty walking. The house has multiple levels and staircases; The shared pool is about a seven minute walk away.
