In a small-scale apartment complex of 17 apartments, we offer our apartment on the ground floor for rental. The apartment has a small garden, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00). The apartment is suitable for a couple with possibly 1 small child. There is a small bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. You can park at the apartment.

Our apartment is located 30 meters from Anthéor beach, near St. Raphaël in the beautiful Esterel area. There is a train station close to the apartment where you can take the train several times a day to, for example, Cannes or Fréjus. There is also a bus station nearby. The road where the apartment is located is also called the Corniche d'Or. This beautiful but busy coastal road takes you past a beautiful red-brown mountain area and azure blue water. There is a lot to see here.

After years of dreaming, we have been the proud owners of this beautiful apartment on the beautiful but sometimes busy coastal road of Saint Raphaël for several years. Every year we make some small adjustments to increase the enjoyment of life. For us it is a dream that has become reality. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices are inclusive, so there is no separate charge for tourist tax, final cleaning, reservation costs, water and electricity. We expect our guests to leave the apartment tidy and clean. You must bring your own hand/tea towels, bath towels and bed linen.

The apartment is rented for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults. If you are bringing a child, please discuss this in advance.

Reservations are confirmed by us in writing and are final after receipt of payment of 50% of the total accommodation price. The remaining amount must be paid no later than one month before arrival.
