We are Helen and Marco de Graaf and have been living in Brittany for over 22 years. About 16 years ago we bought a farm here, where we both enjoy working. Next to the farm house is this nice holiday home that we like to rent out to guests who love peace and space. In addition, there is a lot to see and enjoy in the area.
Our holiday home is rented out through micazu by Helen's parents.

The house is at odds with the house of the principal inhabitants. The house has a private entrance. Further back are the buildings of the farm. The fields are on the border of Finistere and Morbihan. The distance from the home to the village Roudouallec is 1 km. Here's several middle present, including a creperie, a bakery / grocery, pharmacy, restaurant.

Beautiful hilly landscape, overlooking "moon landscapes", barren moors, beautiful lakes in the middle of peat swamps and chapels. It feels or you are in the middle of nowhere.

In 1886 a group of impressionist French painters, including Paul Gauguin, came here. The Dutchman Meijer de Haan also belonged to this group. They founded the School of Pont Aven. Musée municipal, the municipal museum, has a collection of paintings from the Pont Aven school. The picturesque Bois d'Amour was a source of inspiration for these painters. The village is home to numerous galleries, particularly on the Xavier Grall pedestrian promenade, which runs along the River Aven.

This city is considered the most Breton city. Every year, around the third week of July, the Cornouaille festival is held here. Breton folklore with the participation of various countries that have similarities with the Breton language, such as Gaelic and Welsh. Musée des Beaux Arts. In the house there is a folder with 4 walking routes that run through this city.

5 minutes away from the walled city of Concarneau, you will find this castle, a 19th century architectural jewel. The Russian princess Zénaide Narischkine Youssoupov bought this property for her husband Count Charles de Chauveau.
