Our house is a detached, fully furnished single-family home, located on the outside of the village of Landudal.
The house has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Free WiFi is available in the house. The TV is equipped with a Chromecast.
The layout is as follows:

There is a washing machine and a dryer in the shed. The entire house has electric heating. There are also children's toys and games available.
Garden
Consists of a lawn and a flower garden. The garden is enclosed by a thatched fence and a mesh fence. There are 6 garden chairs with table, 2 stretchers and a parasol. There is also a garage without doors.
Location
Located at a distance of 14 km from Quimper. Distance to the Atlantic Ocean is 25 km. The area is rolling, beautiful nature reserves, characteristic towns with harbours. Impressive coastlines with beautiful sandy beaches. Cap Coz, (30 km) is called the Breton Riviera.

We are Hendrik and Schouwtje Scholte, owners of Tin Ton. Tin Ton (Breton) means: the house of the slate maker. That's how the house was called 125 years ago in Landudal, where the house is located. When we saw the house for the first time, we immediately fell in love. The red garden door, the stairs to the top to the house and the private garden. A characteristic house, which has been in our possession for 29 years. Close to our daughter, with her family. Wild coasts, beautiful beaches, perfect walking area! Near Quimper

Additional information

Garden Are you looking for a child-friendly holiday home. A home with which you as a family can spend your holiday safely and with great pleasure? Our holiday home is ideal for this!
Outdoors
The house has an enclosed front garden with a lawn and is therefore suitable for smaller children and pets. You will also find a sandbox here. Behind the house is a large football field, where the older children can kick a ball when they are not playing football or trained. You can also play tennis on the tennis court behind the house. Jeu de boules can be played on a track next to the football field (balls are available in our house for use).
Inside
The house contains children's toys: you will find a football table, Lego and Playmobil, many books, games and a shuffleboard. The range of children's films is wide. Practical
For the little ones there is a cot, a bath and a table chair. Sheets, pillowcases and blankets have also been thought of.

LANDUDAL.
The village has about 600 inhabitants. You will stay in our house on the outskirts of the village, a three-minute walk from the village shop. You can have the "repas des ouvriers" at lunchtime in the village café, right in front of the church.

BRIEC.
For your larger daily shopping, post office and the like you can go to Briec (4 km from Landudal). There is a large Inter Marché with a spacious parking lot and a petrol station. A small market is held once a week. In Briec there is a crêperie and a pizzeria. The shop stock is diverse. About 5000 people live there.

QUIMPER.Quimper (capital of Cornwall) is a city with style. There are approximately 73,000 people. The booth is located 12 kilometers from Landudal. The tourist office is in the center of the city near a large parking lot. On the right bank of a square is the magnificent cathedral, which you can visit. There are also guided walks organized and there are several museums. The atmosphere, the city of Maastricht to think. Nice original shops, many cafes and cobblestones. The river flows through the City l'Odet Quimper and flowers is a real city (ville fleuri with 4 stars). In the Musée de la Faience pottery can Breton admired. The pottery painting itself is also to be admired in Quimper. You also may decide not forget a cruise on the Odet to make. In July, the Cornouaillefeesten have traditional parades, music and costumes.

BRITTANY.
Your house is situated in the center of many attractions, including:

CONCARNEAU - the third fishing port in France. In particular, the Ville-Close (the enclosed city) is the heart of this remarkable place. A rocky island surrounded by mighty walls from the 14th century (which you can walk and get an explanation in Dutch through headphones).

DOUARNENEZ - the old fishing port of Tréboul, the quays, the steep old streets, boulevards and beaches make a visit worth waard.PONT-AVEN-this charming town in the valley of Aven owes its fame to Paul Gauguin, who three times for a long time resided. The Musée Paul Gauguin, you can temporary, always very interesting exhibitions, admire.

LOCRONAN-village with its close to the square houses a beautifully preserved masterpiece of civil engineering from the 16th and 17th centuries. There are still movies recorded in medieval style. You can also enjoy the traditional Breton dishes in several restaurants.

Huelgoat-high in this forest (huel coat) let nature in all its beauty. A very romantic place, origin of many legends. From the old mill, there are several hiking trails. You can then type in the forest include the Cave of the legendary King Arthur admired.

BENODET - (here the river l'Odet the ocean. Press visited resort, especially by the inhabitants of Quimper. POINTE DU RAZ RAZ The headland is an immense back of very hard rocks, about 70 meters high, walk into the sea beyond Ile de Sein. Breathtakingly beautiful glimpses of ragged and steep cliffs, against d waves smash.

lies about 6 km north-east of Pointe du Raz, fierce and charming with its chapel of Saint They. Beautiful views.
