About the property
On the ground floor you will find a spacious and attractive living room of about 40 m² with lots of light. The fully equipped open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals: fridge, hob, oven, coffee maker and all the basic amenities.
In addition, on the ground floor there is a modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, which provides extra comfort and privacy.
