Charming holiday home completely renovated in 2022 in a quiet area. The property is part of the village of Landudal, 4 km from Briec, a larger village with all amenities and 8 km from the city of Quimper. The beaches are 25/30 km away (Douarnenez, Concarneau, Bénodet...)

About the property: on the ground floor a large living room of approximately 40m2 with fully equipped kitchen Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and toilet. Also upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed (200X160), in one of the bedrooms the bed can be split into 2 beds of 80x200.
On request we also provide an aperitif and/or breakfast.

In 1994, when I was only 2 years old, I came to live in France with my parents. I am now married and have 2 children. Together with my husband Erwan we have turned an old house/ruin into a holiday home. Now I am happy to rent gîte Ti Mein Glas and try to make the stay as pleasant as possible for my guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price includes gas, water, electricity, bed and bath linen.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
