Charming maison de vacances entièrement rénovée en 2020 dans un quartier calme. La propriété fait partie du village de Landudal, at 4 km from Briec, un plus grand village avec toutes les commodités et at 8 km from la ville de Quimper. Les plages sont at 25/30 km (Douarnenez, Concarneau, Bénodet...) A

propos de la propriété : au rez-de-chaussée une grande pièce à vivre d'environ 40m2 avec cuisine entièrement équipée. Egalement au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une salle d'eau avec WC séparé A l'étage (mezzanine) la chambre avec un lit double (200X160).
Sur demande, nous fournissons également un repas chaud et/ou un petit-déjeuner.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price includes gas, water, electricity, bed and bath linen.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
