Our cottage is located at 400 m altitude, nestled between a picturesque vineyard and an oak forest, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. A perfect place for those seeking relaxation who want to relax surrounded by nature. Just a 15-minute walk away is the charming village of La Roche St. Secret, where you can get fresh bread and regional specialities every day in a small grocery store with café.

Our charming gîte is a lovingly restored farmhouse that combines modern comfort with traditional charm.
Living area & kitchen
On the ground floor, a spacious, open-plan kitchen awaits you, which is equipped with everything your heart desires - perfect for culinary delights. Adjacent is the cozy dining room and the living room with comfortable seating area, and fast internet access (fiber optics).
A separate utility room offers additional comfort with a spacious American fridge, a large and a small oven and a practical storage room.

- Two cozy bedrooms with double beds (in one room there is a height-adjustable desk for working)

Outdoor area – pure nature & relaxation
Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views over the valley from our infinity pool (4 m x 12 m, 1.40 m deep). Comfortable wooden loungers invite you to sunbathe. A Weber grill is at your disposal for cozy BBQ evenings.
The house offers two terraces – one of which is covered and equipped with a fireplace – perfect for balmy summer evenings. There is also a petanque court for a game of boules under the southern French sun.
Location & surroundings
Nestled in an idyllic landscape of forests, vineyards and lavender fields, the house is just a stone's throw from the Domaine des Ayards winery – recommended for wine lovers!

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
