Detached summer house from 2012 with large garden and a lovely private swimming pool in a beautiful old village with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is good WIFI. There is parking on site. The area has a lot to offer. Nice markets, beautiful old towns such as Vaison la Romaine (9 km), Orange and Avignon (45 km), beautiful nature and lots of winegrowers. The foot of Mont Ventoux is about 17 km away. The house can accommodate 1 to 5 people. There are three bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with spacious shower, sink and washing machine and a separate toilet room. The living room will be equipped with air conditioning from spring 2026 and has a sitting area and a cooking-dining area. Outside there is a covered terrace with dining table adjacent to the pool. On the west side of the house is a second terrace with shade until about 1 o'clock in the afternoon.
