Detached summer house from 2012 with a large garden and a lovely private pool in a beautiful old village with various shops and restaurants within walking distance. From April 2020 there is a fixed WIFI connection. There is parking on site. The area has a lot to offer. Nice markets, beautiful old towns such as Vaison la Romaine (9 km), Orange and Avignon (45 km), beautiful nature and many winegrowers. The foot of Mont Ventoux is about 17 km away. The house is suitable for 1 to 5 people. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bedrooms with 2 single beds. There is a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and washing machine and a separate toilet room. The living room has a sitting area and a cooking-dining area. Outside there is a covered terrace with dining table adjacent to the pool. On the west side of the house is a second terrace with shade until about 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

From 2012 we, family Versluis, enjoy our home in Mirabel. It is always wonderful to be there. The blue sky and the scent of Provençal herbs make sure that you can stand it well, but the environment also offers a lot. There are Roman sights in Vaison la Romaine, nice markets, many wineries, good restaurants and the house is close to the Mont Ventoux, where bike rides are waiting or just a nice walk. You will also enjoy it here!
