Beautiful, sunny location 'maison de vacance'. South facing with (heated) swimming pool, garden and (new for 2025!): a jeu de boules court. You have a beautiful view of the hills, mountains and the medieval village. The house is equipped with whisper-quiet air conditioning that can be controlled separately per room. The location offers a lot of privacy, but is not isolated. (The village road to Lozeron runs below.) There is room for a maximum of 6 people including 2 children aged from approx. 7 years old who can swim (the pool does not have a separate children's area and is 140 cm deep everywhere). The house contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3x toilet. At the pool is a pool house with extra toilet and shielded outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (1 dog allowed under conditions). There is good Wifi and on arrival you will find, included in the price, made beds!
