Beautiful, sunny location 'maison de vacance'. South facing with (heated) swimming pool, garden and (new for 2025!): a jeu de boules court. You have a beautiful view of the hills, mountains and the medieval village. The house is equipped with whisper-quiet air conditioning, which can be adjusted separately per room. The location offers a lot of privacy, but is not isolated. (At the bottom the village road leads to Lozeron.) There is room for up to 6 people, including children in the age of approx. 7 to 12 who can swim (the pool does not have a separate children's area and is 140 cm deep throughout). The house contains 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3x toilet. At the pool is a pool house with extra toilet and screened outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (1 dog allowed under certain conditions). There is good Wifi and on arrival you will find, included in the price, beds made!

We are Paul and Betty and since 2004 we have been in possession of our fine holiday home 'Le Veyou', (named after the highest mountain of the Trois Becs, the mountain formation in the Drôme that our house overlooks). Our house is located on a hill, on the outskirts of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne, a medieval village in the Vercors Natural Park.
The house has been recently renovated and has a heated swimming pool (at least 27 degrees) and an air conditioning/climate system from May to October. New in 2025: a jeu de boule court.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
