Maison de Caballero is a family home for four people just outside the pretty bastide village of Villefranche du Perigord with the view over the valley le Coustalou. You have the pleasures of freedom and silence and the convenience of the village which is within walking distance.

Villefranche is a quaint town with shops and terraces. The house has a large living room, two bedrooms bathroom and large eat-in kitchen. There is wifi, in the bedrooms air conditioning on request and dogs are welcome up to two. There is also a private swimming pool and sunbeds. The car can be parked out of the sun under the car gate.

There are charging points for the electric car a hundred meters away. In the area there are all kinds of opportunities for excursions.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The reservation is only valid with a deposit of 10% of the total rent, the bed linen is included in the rental price. Cleaning costs are €65 per rental period, to be paid at the time of booking. Six weeks before the start of the rental period, the remaining amount must be paid, including a €300 deposit.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 20% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 90%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
