Between the two beautiful medieval villages of Beaumont and Monpazier, our 19th century holiday home is located between plum orchards and kiwi bushes. If you are looking for peace, space, good restaurants, and a nice city nearby, then this is an absolute must.
The house is located in the hamlet of Videpot which is a stone's throw from the vineyards of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Pecharmant. And if you drive a little further, you will find yourself between the beautiful vineyards of Bordeaux and Médoc.
The house is an old farmhouse with thick stone walls, a so-called 'maison en pierre'. It has a living area of about 90m2 with a spacious, very well equipped kitchen, living room with smart TV, two spacious bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a laundry room outside with shower, toilet and a washing machine and dryer. Around the house is a large terrace with several lounge areas and a large dining table. There is also a barbecue. The nearest supermarket (Intermarché) is 3 minutes away by car.
The house is located on a private plot of approximately 3,000 m2 and is surrounded by orchards, meadows and forest. So you have plenty of space and privacy here. In the garden is a swimming pool of 10.30 x 4.30 x 1.55 with a wooden terrace, a trampoline and a petanque court. In addition, there is plenty of space for a game of football on the large lawn. So the children don't have to be bored here.
The house is easily accessible by car. Distance from Haarlem is about 1,100 km. In addition, you can fly from Rotterdam to Bergerac airport. This airport is about a 30-minute drive from the house. Flying to Bordeaux is also possible. You can then drive to Videpot in just under 2 hours.
