Ensemble la Roche is a beautiful place that consists of two houses with a private pool and a fantastic pool house.
These renovated (2026) natural stone houses of a total of 211 m² are located on a spacious plot in a quiet and green area. With five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a "Bali" swimming pool, this is an ideal destination for families or groups of friends up to ten people for an unforgettable holiday.
The main house can accommodate 6 people and the "gîte" for up to 4 people. Both are not rented separately from each other, so the entire domain is completely private.
Inside
The main house has an area of 110m2 and has 3 bedrooms. The gîte is 65m2 and has 2 bedrooms. Both buildings have their own living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is practical and comfortable and all bedrooms have their own air conditioning, in addition, the living room in the gîte is also equipped with this.
Outside
The large garden with a view of the surrounding landscape immediately puts you in the holiday mood. The swimming pool with pool house including kitchen is the real eye-catcher of this holiday home. It is the ideal place to spend long days together relaxing and enjoying the holidays.
Furthermore, in the fully fenced garden you will find several terraces, a jeu de boules court and there are plenty of parking spaces.

Ensemble la Roche is located in a quiet area, while all amenities are within easy reach. Just 2.5 km away you will find Terrasson-Lavilledieu with several supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Historic Sarlat, famous for its atmospheric streets, gastronomy and lively markets, can also be reached in about twenty minutes. A perfect base to discover the Dordogne, with its castles, caves, picturesque villages and beautiful nature.
Price Ensemble la Roche outside July and August based on only the main house (max. 6 people). If you also want to use the gîte, there will be an extra € 500 per week.
