This country house is located on two floors with on the ground floor a large living room and a recent kitchen very well equipped. You will also find on this level two double bedrooms, each with its en-suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet and a laundry room.
From the staircase you access the first floor where there are two additional double bedrooms each with its own shower room, as well as a lounge area and a separate toilet.
Outside, exiting through the French doors of the kitchen, you find a first terrace equipped with an awning and a large table, perfect for alfresco dining. From the living room, you have access to a second terrace with its garden furniture, overlooking the private swimming pool with its beach equipped with sunbeds and parasols, offering a breathtaking view of the Perigord countryside.
The property has private parking for 2 cars.
