Rimaine
Rimaine is a beautiful and excellently maintained holiday villa with private swimming pool just south of Bergerac, an area known for its good wines and beautiful nature. The very spacious house is suitable for up to 7 people and with the large garden it offers all comfort and privacy both inside and outside.

Inside
Large living room/dining room with wood burner. Kitchen with dining area and direct access to the terrace. There is also a large bedroom (air conditioning) on the ground floor with two double beds of 140x190. There are patio doors that provide direct access to the garden. Next to the bedroom there is a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet.
On the ^1st floor are the other two bedrooms, each with a double bed of 160 x 200 and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a fan in each bedroom.

Outside
Beautifully landscaped garden (6000 m2) with various (covered) terraces, seating areas, play areas (table tennis, badminton and volleyball) and of course not to forget the private swimming pool with covered terrace and lounge set. In the months of July and August you can use the tennis court in the nearby village. Dogs are welcome, but only in the early and late season.

Environment .
The village of Singleyrac with a good bakery (with small shop and bar) is only 1 km away. Eymet (about 15 km) is a pleasant tourist town from the thirteenth century, with a pleasant provincial market every Thursday morning. Tourist attractions in the area include: a trip to Sarlat, a visit to the many castles and caves and how about a wonderful canoe trip on the Dordogne. Bergerac, about a 15-minute drive away, is also definitely worth a visit. Bergerac is a beautiful city and has an airport where Transavia flies, among others. The route du vin is also recommended for wine lovers! Of course there are also sporting activities, such as cycling, walking, rowing on the Dordogne river and golfing at Vigiers Castle (6-9 and 18 holes). Finally, there is a riding school a few minutes' walk from the house.
