This attractive house offers a beautiful panoramic view over the valley, a luxurious private swimming pool and plenty of privacy and tranquility, thanks to its unique location at the end of a cul-de-sac – ideal for families with children who want to enjoy carefree. The villa has been lovingly renovated while retaining authentic French details, while also equipped with modern conveniences such as WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher and TV.
Interior
The house comfortably accommodates 12 people and has 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor has a large, attractive living room with fireplace and a spacious dining room with a fully equipped luxury kitchen of no less than 60 m². You will also find a bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet – perfect for grandparents or guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms, including:
- 1 room with a double bed (180 cm) and ensuite shower/WC
- 1 large room with double bed (160 cm) + two single beds
- 2 rooms with two single beds each (can be combined into a double bed if desired)
- 1 additional bathroom with shower and separate toilet
All rooms come together on a spacious landing – ideal for families with children.
Outside
The house is located on a beautiful, partly fenced private property of over 4 hectares with a well-kept garden. The large, covered terrace has a spacious dining table for 12 people – perfect for long summer evenings overlooking the garden and hills.
The south-facing swimming pool of 5 x 12 meters with salt filtration has an alarm system for extra safety. Around it is a spacious terrace of 80 m² where you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning until late in the evening. With a view that makes you speechless...
Every Friday, the regular gardener and pool man come by for maintenance, so that you can always enjoy a well-kept garden and a clean swimming pool.

Holiday home Charlotte is located just 10 km from lively Montignac, known for the world-famous caves of Lascaux, cozy restaurants, markets and boutiques. A large supermarket is only 7 km away. Cultural gems such as Sarlat and Les Eyzies are also within easy reach.
