Upon entering you come into an entrance of 4 meters which is connected to the open kitchen with ample space for storage. The comfortable kitchen has handless cabinets and is equipped with all modern conveniences such as fridge-freezer, microwave oven combination and a dishwasher. The worktop is made of solid granite. On the other side of the entrance is the living room with French doors and a perfect view over pool area.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two beds that can be divided at random from each other. 2 bedrooms have French doors towards the garden. The third bedroom has its own bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bathtub

My name is Arjen Bolten and did three years about building this house. It has always been my desire to have a house in France. I've saved hard and am very careful. I am very proud of and want to share it. I come there at least 6 times a year. I've known many secrets away. For outings please contact us. With wine already enjoying the view I get goosebumps luck and I have done it before.

After booking you will receive a rental agreement, inventory list and to do list in the area.
After the deposit, the reservation is final.
Bookings before January 1 : 10% deposit upon booking, 40% before January 1 and 6 weeks before departure the remaining amount.
Bookings after January 1 : 50% deposit and balance 6 weeks before departure.
We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation within 7 days, we charge 15 administration costs.
Sorry, but a pet and smoking is not allowed in the house.
