Our holiday home has been recently renovated 2024/2025 and fully equipped to a high standard with new appliances. And is completely private with a garden of 3500 m2. The left side of the house is currently not in use. The right side of the house is used for rental.

It consists of several floors. One spacious fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, oven and ceramic hob and integrated dishwasher. Spacious dining table and comfortable seating area.

It has two bedrooms and two independent bathrooms with shower and washbasin with separate toilet. One bedroom contains a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 m., the other bedroom has a bunk bed 2 x 90x2.00 m. and space for placing a baby cot. In the bedrooms there is the possibility to store your clothes.

Bed linen and towels are included.

There are two swimming pools, one for the smallest and a pool of 7 x 14 meters. 1.20 deep. The swimming pool is open from June to September depending on the weather. The pool is completely private.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Built by Charlemagne in 769, Brantôme Abbey is the city's main historical highlight, along with the troglodyte caves, including the famous cave of the "Last Judgment." The abbey church is also worth a visit, some parts of which date back to the 15th century, in particular part of the cloisters.
