Fall in love with Gîte Laurence, a beautifully renovated 17th-century sheep barn that has been transformed with great care and attention to detail into an attractive holiday home for 6 people (+ baby). Perched on a hill with a breathtaking view over the fields and the Céou river, this place is a haven of peace and French authenticity.
The large swimming pool (10 x 5 m) is located in a sheltered spot, accessible via a charming staircase. Here you can relax in peace and enjoy the sun and the view. Occasionally the friendly owners or their guests of the neighboring Bed & Breakfast take a refreshing dip, but usually you have the pool all to yourself.
Inside
The ground floor offers a bright and cozy living room with wooden floor, exposed beams and wood stove. From the patio doors you overlook the private terrace and the swimming pool. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which can serve as a sofa bed.
The open plan kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and form the heart of the house. The spacious dining table seats six people – perfect for long dinners overlooking the valley.
First floor:

- Bathroom with spacious shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator
- Additional separate toilet with sink
There is also a toilet and sink in the pool house.
Of course, the gîte has Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Outside
The outside area is as charming as the interior. Enjoy the sun by the beautifully situated swimming pool, a glass of wine on the private terrace, or the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. Parking is available on site.
Environment
Gîte Laurence is located in a quiet village near Nabirat and Sarlat, in the heart of the popular canton of Domme. The surrounding area is ideal for walkers and cyclists: several routes run directly past the property, including paths that take you past vineyards to the Chai du Vin de Domme, a charming local winery.
In the neighbouring village you will find a bakery, restaurant, post office and delicatessen, while all other amenities are within a 10-minute drive.
