Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price includes 5 people. Towels and bed linen can be rented at an extra cost.
The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, including babies. The cot does not fit in the large room.
If, for any reason, the tenant wishes to cancel
the reservation, he must always confirm it by e-mail to
owner (even if he has already communicated it by phone, for example).

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the tenant's written cancellation:

- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

- Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

- Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only informs on the day of the start or during the period
that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains
liable for the total amount of the rental.
