This well-insulated bungalow is located on no less than 7000 m2 of private land and is located on a sandy path that leads to the ruins of a castle. Layout
The living room with open kitchen is practically and attractively furnished. For the cooler spring or autumn evenings there is a wood stove that provides a romantic warmth. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms. Everything is on the ground floor and there are no thresholds. In addition, due to the good insulation, this house guarantees an ideal indoor climate, even during the hot days in the summer.
Outside
The large, very well heated private swimming pool of no less than 12 x 6 meters is a real tropical surprise and also safe for small children!
If the weather is bad, you can sit under the large covered veranda where it is nice to stay and where the surroundings form a beautiful backdrop ... from the veranda and the swimming pool you have a beautiful view over the valley.

The house is located in the beautiful nature of the Dordogne, in the triangle of Sarlat, Gourdon and Souillac, so many places of interest are a short distance away, such as the historic town of Domme and the river
Dordogne at only six kilometers.

You can visit caves, sporty canoeing on the Dordogne river, take beautiful walks, horseback riding, admire charming villages and towns, etc.
