Perched on the Côte de Péchaud, in Sagelat, the house dominates the valley and its wooded hills. Its name, La Colline Haute, translates that of the place: Péchaud comes from the Occitan Puèg Aut, "the high hill". It accommodates up to 4 people, in the countryside.
To the right of the entrance, there is a large, bright living room, with a corner fireplace. Its sofas invite you to relax, and a sliding bay window opens onto the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
In the extension of the living room, the kitchen in warm tones, fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator), is organized around a beautiful solid wood table, ideal for family meals. It opens directly onto the terrace, for having lunch outside.
To the left of the entrance is a first bedroom, with a double bed and private shower room. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a double bed and its own shower room, with a soothing view of the garden.
Outside, the large garden with trees houses a private swimming pool, bordered by a wooden terrace with deckchairs and parasols: the ideal place to enjoy the calm and the view.
Paid options available:
- Linen pack (25 € per person): includes 3 towels per person (2 towels and a pool towel) as well as bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, - duvet cover).
- Baby pack (€25): includes a high chair and a travel cot.

A security deposit of €300, in the form of a bank pre-authorisation, will be required one week before your arrival.
