The gîte
From the spacious hall you enter a nice, bright living room with access to your own garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a convection oven.
From the kitchen you have access to the covered terrace with two seating areas and a fixed barbecue. The summers here are long and beautiful, so you can often eat outside. Add a glass of wine and voilà.
There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. In the living room there is a good double sofa bed with slatted base. Of course there is free good wifi. There is a smart TV on which you can receive French and Dutch channels and (with your own subscription) watch Netflix or other streaming services. There is a cupboard with reading books and there are a few board games.
You have access to a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. There is also the washing machine.
The swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) is on the other side of the house and you share that with the owners. On the terrace around the pool there are two parasols and four sun loungers.
Our house is an approximately fifty year old 'en pierre'. We (Guus and Janet) live in the upper part, the gîte is half a floor lower, on the ground floor.
The house is located on a quiet D-road and is built entirely on the south on a plot of over 5000 m2, with an oak forest behind the house on the north side.
