Maison Feu is an authentic baker's house and has been transformed into a beautiful holiday home with all modern facilities such as; air conditioning in the bedrooms, heat pump and a shared beautiful heated swimming pool with lovely sun beds and a sitting lounge. The house is located together with 2 other holiday homes on an area of 24 hectares of grass, fields and forest.

You can walk almost 5 km over the entire site, through a piece of forest, where there are several paths that you can walk. Entirely along the farmland, there are various seats and/or benches along the way where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. In the upstairs bedroom there is a lovely large box spring of 180x210cm and two single box springs downstairs.

A fully equipped kitchen and your own private terrace with a kamado barbecue are at your disposal. Outside on the grounds you will find a petang court and swings that you can use. There are badminton rackets, football and other games at your disposal. There is a high field where you can tee off a golf ball if you want, it is not a professional course but a large area where you can test your talent. Golf sticks are provided.

We have emigrated as a family to the beautiful Dordogne since 2022. We, the Schipper family, welcome you to our Village Des Elements domain. There are 3 holiday homes, including our own house on the 24 hectare site (compared to more than 30 football fields together) where you have access to the entire garden.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price excludes: bed linen and various towels, kitchen towels, and pool towels, cleaning costs of €100 and tourist tax.

CANCELLATION
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

– If cancelled within 24 hours of booking , there are no costs involved
– In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start date of the rental period, he will remain 30% of the rental price
indebted
– In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day until the start date of the rental period, 60% of the
rent due
– In case of cancellation from the 28th day until the start date of the rental period, 90% of the rental price remains
indebted.
– In case of cancellation on the start date or later the cancellation fee remains 100% of the rental price
indebted.
