A beautifully renovated farm house and transformed into an intimate and comfortable house with many
original features like beamed rooms and exposed stonework, including all amenities. Located at the end of the road in a small hamlet (a total of 3 houses).

The residence faces south, with a paved terrace, nice swimming pool, sunbathing area and a slope for sport and play. There are plenty of shady areas as well.

Facing east there is a summer room, with shutters, and a terrace at the first floor overlooking the hills in the direction of Brive.
The garden is a mixture of lawns and flower borders surrounded by stone walls, palm trees and banana trees, creating a tropical feeling. Aprivate area with a spacious feeling on the terrace at the swimming pool.

For the enthusiasts there is a hottub.

A combination of tranquility, clean air and pleasant temperatures guarantees a pleasant stay at 8 minutes from Montignac with all necessary facilities.

Garden, terraces and swimming pool are not designed for the youngest guests. A minimum age of 6 years and a swimming certificate are conditions to assure that you have a pleasant stay.

There are 2 mountain bikes and plenty ofwalk maps available.

The total living area of the fam house is 300 m2 on 2 floors.

On the first floor, accessible by two stairs, is a sleeping area of 100 m2 with 8 single beds (80x190) a vide of 50 m2 with a double bed and a play corner for the children.

On the ground floor a hall, spacious kitchen with all amenities, except a dish washer, a double bedroom (180*200) and 2 bath rooms with shower and toilet.
Different levels remind that 200 years ago the house was build as a farm.
The décor and comfort level are what you can expect with a smile to the history of the building.

Heating: on the ground floor central floor heating and radiators. Fire place.

Outside there is a laundry area with machine.

This property is ideally suited to 2 families or any large family group.

There is NO WIFI, however in Montignac there are several places with free WIFI
