Lesgrabous

This is enjoying the French countryside in an oasis of peace. This exclusive gite is located on a site of 3 hectares and is an ideal combination for people who seek silence but who also enjoy the conviviality of the village nearby (Les Eyzies is super nice with its own weekly market, restaurants and terraces). Walk through the woods, sit under a tree or by the beautiful private swimming pool, enjoying a glass of local wine. And what about the hot tub? Want to enjoy the beautiful starry sky in the evening? Lesgrabous is safe for your children and your pets because of the enormous garden around the house.

Inside
Lesgrabous has recently been completely redecorated. The house has central heating and is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, possibly including 1 or 2 babies. There is 1 cot and a high chair. The living room is very tastefully decorated and has a large fireplace for the romantics among us. The kitchen is fully equipped, if you want to prepare a tasty meal, you can certainly do that! There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, all with box-spring beds of 90 x 200 (can be combined into a double bed). There is 1 baby bed plus duvet. Good fans have been installed in the bedrooms for your comfort. The house has 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms,    one with double sinks and walk-in shower and one bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cabin.

Outside
The heated swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters invites you to spend long days! The outdoor terraces offer both shade and sun. There is plenty for the children to do around the house, there is a table tennis table, you can also play darts, badminton and jeu de boules. There is also an outdoor fireplace on one of the three terraces. The hot tub in the garden is of course a super romantic extra!

Environment
Lesgrabous is only 1.5 km, or a few minutes away, from the beautiful “capital” of prehistory Les Eyzies de Tayac. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to all the shops and sights of the Dordogne.
