Lesson Grabous

This is enjoying the French countryside in an oasis of tranquility. This exclusive gite is located on a property of 3 hectares. The beautiful accommodation has been restored respecting authentic details. Stroll through the woods, sit under a tree or by the beautiful private pool, enjoying a glass of local wine. Lesgrabous offers children plenty of space and the absolute silence that adults want.

Inside
Lesgrabous was completely restored at the beginning of 2004 and has two new bathrooms and a new kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is equipped with central heating and there is wireless internet available (Adsl + WiFi). The house is equipped for a maximum of 6 people, possibly with 1 or 2 babies. There is 1 cot and a high chair available.

The living room is comfortably and cosily furnished with a large fireplace, television with satellite dish, and a radio/CD player. The kitchen has a dishwasher, 6 burner stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and toaster. In the utility room of the house there is a washing machine, dryer and an ironing board with iron.

There are 3 fully furnished bedrooms, all with box spring beds of 90 x 200. There is 1 baby bed plus duvet. The house contains 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms   one with double sinks and walk-in shower and one bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cabin.

Outside
The swimming pool of 5 x 10 meters is completely fantastic of course! The outside terraces offer good reclining seats with cushions. There is plenty to do for the children around the house, there is a table tennis table, you can also play darts, badminton and jeu de boules. In addition, there is an outdoor fireplace on one of the three terraces.

Surroundings
Lesgrabous is only 1.5 km, or a few minutes away, from the beautiful “capital” of prehistoric times Les Eyzies de Tayac. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to all the shops and sights of the Dordogne.
