Ideally located in a quiet area while remaining close to the Buisson-de-Cadouin and the wonders of the Dordogne, it offers the perfect balance between serenity and discovery.
A unique place steeped in history: The property is home to an authentic listed dolmen, a fascinating testimony to the prehistoric heritage of the region, which you can admire freely in the garden.
Living spaces designed for your comfort: As soon as you enter, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator) with adjoining pantry. The light-filled living space opens onto a cosy living room and a spacious dining room, perfect for your moments of conviviality.
On the night side, three double bedrooms await you (one of which is available as an option), served by a modern bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
A third double bedroom is available as an option to accommodate up to 6 people.
Your outdoor oasis: Large bay windows open onto a large covered terrace, a real additional living room where you can enjoy your meals facing the garden. The private swimming pool (7x4m, secured by alarm) benefits from excellent sunshine for your summer swims. Deckchairs, garden furniture and plancha complete the equipment to make the most of the sunny days.
