From the entrance, an internal hallway leads to the air-conditioned, beamed living/dining room. Comfy sofas occupy one end of the room, opened by patio doors onto a small balcony; The large dining table is at the other end, near the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen opens through patio doors onto the covered terrace with barbecue and dining area, providing a lovely space to prepare family meals facing the distant views. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) adjoining the kitchen.
From the entrance hall, a solid wood staircase leads to the first floor with its four air-conditioned double bedrooms, all of good size, with herringbone parquet flooring and built-in wardrobes, as well as the en-suite shower rooms and bathrooms.
Outside, the extensive grounds surround the property. The swimming pool overlooks the views over the valley, and a tennis court can be found on one side of the grounds.
A 3-hour cleaning period (kitchen and bathrooms) is included per week rented.
