Les Lauriers is a cozy detached holiday home for 6 people. The bungalow is located in the Dordogne, not far from the center of the lively town of Le Bugue.
All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The large living room has a spacious sitting area and a dining area. Through the patio doors you step from the living room directly onto the large terrace with beautiful views. The kitchen is also spacious and well equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee maker. There is a second dining table in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed. This bedroom also has double doors that open onto the terrace. The two other bedrooms have single beds. In front of these bedrooms there is a second, spacious bathroom.
There are plenty of tables and chairs on the terrace. There is an attractive wooden roof. And with the electrically extendable awning, you can create even more shade. From the terrace you have a view of the swimming pool, the beautifully maintained grounds of about 3650 m2 and the valley of the river Vézère. A lovely place to use the electric BBQ.
From the terrace you walk down a few steps to the completely renovated private swimming pool (8x4 meters). By the pool is a large sun terrace with sun loungers and a large parasol. Beyond the pool, further up into the garden, is a second terrace with a seating area.
At the front of the villa you can park the car on site. There is room for several cars and there is a place under the carport.
You reach the villa via an elevated quiet road with only local traffic.
The garden is 95% fenced; There is a small passage to the neighbor's garden.
