Located between the vast vineyards of the wines of Lamothe-Montravel you will find our comfortable gite "Pomerol" in the typical French “en pierre” style. Besides that the area is known for the famous Bergerac wines, the famous wine regions of St. Emilion and Pomerol are just a stone's throw away. The beautiful city of Bordeaux is 1 hour away.The guests of our gite have free access to the spacious swimming pool and the park-like landscaped garden. They can also use the outdoor kitchen with barbeque. Free wifi is available.

We are Bas and Marieke van Osta and have been living in France since 2004. After having owned two campsites in France for 17 years, we started to focus on the rental of a few holiday homes/gites. We ourselves live right next to the gites that we rent out in Lamothe-Montravel, so we can provide our guests with great tips and information in the vicinity. Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
