A private swimming pool of 12 x 6 meters and plenty of space complete the picture. In total, the villa offers 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over three houses, good for up to 16 guests.
The houses are never rented separately from each other to other guests and are therefore completely private.
Inside
The first house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with its own door to the Cour. On the first floor is the salle des fêtes of 182 m²: a spacious living room, large kitchen, private bar and a large fireplace.
The second house has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The third house is all on one level: two bedrooms, a bathroom, a compact living room with wood stove and its own kitchen. The swimming pool is wheelchair-friendly from this house.
Outside
The courtyard is the beating heart of the villa. By the pool is a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings. Old street lamps, ornate iron balconies and natural stone details enhance the atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the large private swimming pool and the wide landscape with everyone.
Surroundings
La Chapelle is located in a quiet and green area, surrounded by meadows and characteristic villages such as Verteillac and Ribérac, 6km and 18km away. From the villa you can easily discover the local markets and sights of the Dordogne.
