Villa Les Rocs is an attractive holiday home from the 18th century, located on the edge of a charming village in the Dordogne. This characterful house combines authentic details with modern comfort and is surrounded by a completely private garden. Both the house and the garden offer complete peace and privacy, ideal for guests who want to enjoy their holiday undisturbed. Unique to this villa is the adjoining gîte of approximately 50 m² with its own facilities. Perfect for parents travelling together with adult children or guests who want extra independence. The villa is always rented out as a private holiday home; If you only use the main house, the gîte will remain closed.
Inside
On the ground floor you will find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and a generous dining table for eight people. A special detail is the integration of the kitchen into the original old fireplace. The spacious living room has patio doors to the courtyard and is adjacent to the covered terrace, a nice place for long evenings. In addition, there is a comfortable en suite bedroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. One room has four single beds and is ideal for children, the other has a large double bed. There is also an extra bathroom on this floor.
The adjoining gîte can accommodate two people and has its own living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Outside
The beautiful private garden is located in a quiet area and offers optimal privacy. The private heated "Bali" swimming pool with sunny terrace and sun loungers is the focal point of the outdoors. In addition to the covered terrace at home with barbecue, a large tree provides natural shade on hot days. There is parking for two cars on site. Outside July and August, there is a surcharge of 200 euros if you also want to use the gîte.
Surroundings
The holiday home is a short distance from Terrasson and Montignac with supermarkets, bakeries, shops and restaurants. Historic Sarlat, known for its gastronomy and cultural events, can be reached within twenty minutes. An ideal location for those who want to combine calm, comfort and the Dordogne.
