What is wonderful about this holiday home is that it has a separate gite of 50 m2 attached to it. with a nice living room/open room and its own bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for parents who want to go on holiday with their adult children! Villa Les Rocs is always rented out as a private holiday home, so if you only need the main house, the gite remains empty. Great service at this holiday home!
Interior
On the ground floor overlooking the rear garden is the modern dining kitchen, fully equipped with a central island, a beautiful table that seats 8 people. Special: the kitchen is partly installed in the old fireplace in the kitchen... Large living room with doors that open to the courtyard, where you will also find the lovely covered terrace. Beautiful en-suite bedroom, suitable for wheelchair users. Upstairs you will find two more beautiful and very large bedrooms, one of which is suitable for 4 children as there are 4 single beds, the other bedroom upstairs has a large double bed. Additional bathroom upstairs. The gite is attached to the house and can accommodate another 2 people (possibly with a baby), with its own living room, bedroom and bathroom (50m2)!
Outside
Beautiful fully enclosed private garden in a quiet area. Private heated swimming pool with beautiful terrace. The terrace is sunny with sun loungers, a beautiful tree that provides shade during the hot summer. Parking for 2 cars.
Outside July and August, an additional 200 euros will be charged if you also rent the studio (remains empty if you do not want that).

Beautiful village with café-bar/restaurant a few kilometers from Montignac. 5 minutes drive from the amenities of Terrasson/Montignac with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe bars and restaurants. Sarlat, 20 minutes away, with all the shops, good restaurants and cultural events.
