Le Barradis
Eco Lodge Le Barradis is a very attractive country house in a garden of no less than 4000 m2 (400 m2 of which is dog-proof fenced!) near the village of Hautefort, in the Dordogne. The whole consists of a beautiful main house (9 ps) furnished with natural materials and a trendy, loft style separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The shower is built in an old wine barrel!
A total of 11 people can enjoy a peaceful holiday here! Everything exudes love for the region. This beautiful Lodge is surrounded by the beautiful rolling countryside of the Dordogne.
The large heated swimming pool is completely fenced and offers every opportunity to relax. If you want to rest for a while, you can do so in one of the hammocks on the covered veranda. In the immediate vicinity you can take fantastic walks, the village of Hautefort (you can see the castle from your bedroom) is only 3.5 km away! Here you will find several restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. Especially for your convenience, the owner provides a bicycle so that you can
you can go get the croissants in the morning!
Interior
The very large house can accommodate 11 people plus baby. In the main house there are 4 beautiful spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a very cozy living room with large fireplace and plenty of relaxation options, a nice kitchen and a separate dining room! You have a large covered area where you can eat together, play a game or relax, at the end of this
covered area is the 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom (super nice!).
Outside
From the covered area you reach the heated swimming pool with large terrace. Here are plenty of sun loungers, a seat and plenty of umbrellas. You can close the pool in the evening so that the water stays nice and warm! Of course there are also various options for sitting in the garden.
Large lawn so that you can play football to your heart's content (or other outdoor sports of course).
Surroundings
Culture lovers, sports enthusiasts and peace seekers will find what they are looking for here. Walking and cycling, browsing markets, visiting exhibitions or music festivals, enjoying street theater and village festivals. Opera, canoeing, running or mountain biking, everything is possible.
Or would you rather visit a museum, a center for modern art or attend a concert? You have plenty of choice for a varied holiday.
