A charming property located in a very tranquil location with beautiful views, close to the main town of Bergerac with its many amenities.

Situated high up in the heart of the Bergerac vineyards, near the village of Gageac-et-Rouillac, this charming property offers stunning views of the countryside and surrounding vineyards. The large garden is mainly laid to lawn with an interesting selection of mature fruit trees providing pockets of shade. The pool is located a little lower than the property and offers the same superb views of the vineyards and countryside. There is a covered pergola along one side of the pool with a BBQ area, providing a great place for outdoor dining.

The house is comfortably furnished and equipped to a high level of quality. Its elevated location, combined with the many French doors leading from each of the rooms to the garden, makes for a delightfully light and airy property.

The front door leads into the large kitchen/dining room with terracotta tiled floor, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden, central granite island and wood burning stove. A door leads from the kitchen to the charming living room. There is also a fireplace with a wood burner in this room. The décor is made up of light colors and many thoughtful touches that add to the charm of this property.

Returning to the kitchen, an internal door leads to a hallway where there are two very pretty bedrooms - one double and one twin - each with its own bathroom. The double bedroom has its own dressing room. On this level there is also a separate WC with sink.

The third double bedroom is located on the upper level of the tower, with beautiful views of the vineyards, and has its own large shower room located on the ground floor of the tower.

Please note that for bookings in March and April, the low season, the swimming pool is not open. Contact us for reservations at the beginning of May.
