Spacious living room of 45 m2 with sitting area and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, a dining area for 8 people and an open kitchen with a cozy bar area. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor, this bedroom with a double bed 160x200) has a private bathroom. On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed (160x200) and one with 2 single beds of 90x200. Finally, there is a bathroom and toilet.
Outside
Nice garden (3000 m2) with lots of grass where you can play and on the south side of the house the large private swimming pool. There is also a swing for the children. In short, a wonderfully uncomplicated house for an unforgettable holiday!
Surroundings
The nearest village is Salviac at 5 km. There are bakeries, restaurants, cafes, shops and a small supermarket. The nearest larger town/town is Gourdon (12 km) with a beautiful authentic centre. Here are the larger supermarkets. The rivers Dordogne and Lot are very popular for canoeing, swimming and fishing. There are many places of interest such as castles, gardens, caves, climbing rocks,
ballooning etc. For wine lovers the wine castle Vin de Domme is only a few km away. Here you can buy and taste the regional wine.
