This charming and attractively furnished cottage is a wonderful place for couples (with a maximum of one child) who are looking for peace, romance and comfort. It is located in the middle of the intimate, flowery village of Fanlac, within walking distance of an excellent restaurant. The pool is completely private for most of the year. Pets are welcome outside the high season or in consultation.
Inside
The interior is warm, romantic and very well cared for, ideal for two people. Upon arrival, you will drive into a typical French courtyard, where the swimming pool immediately catches the eye. The cozy terrace is perfect for a quiet breakfast in the morning sun.
As soon as you step inside, you enter the charming bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Through a door you reach the open kitchen and living room, a cozy and attractive space where you can relax, read or enjoy a home-cooked meal. Everything exudes character and love for the region.
In high season, the owners are sometimes present. They then occasionally use the swimming pool. Outside of these moments, you will almost always enjoy complete privacy.

You have a small, fully fenced garden with an inviting swimming pool. There is space to park the car on the property. The excellent restaurant is just 100 metres away, ideal for a relaxing evening out.
Environment
Fanlac is a charming "Village Fleuri", beautifully situated near Montignac and the world-famous caves of Lascaux. Saint Léon-sur-Vézère is also nearby, as is medieval Sarlat, just 15 kilometres away. This region offers endless opportunities for culture, gastronomy and leisurely tours through the picturesque countryside.
