INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING COME TOGETHER
The open plan layout of the villa combines a fully equipped kitchen, a stylishly decorated dining space and a comfortable living room. This layout maximizes natural light throughout the interior.
The patio doors lead from the living area to the spacious covered main terrace. Here you can relax in the outdoor seating area and eat together outdoors, while enjoying the breathtaking view over the Dordogne valley.
The three bedrooms are conveniently distributed throughout the villa and all offer views of the valley. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with barrier-free walk-in showers. The high-quality box-spring beds (90x210 cm) can be set up as a double bed or two single beds, depending on your preference.
In addition, all bedrooms have French doors that open onto a private terrace, with direct access to the pool area.
ACCESSIBLE COMFORT
All rooms and terraces are located on the ground floor, which ensures good accessibility. With no stairs or steps in or around the villa, Bijou de Dordogne is perfect for guests of all ages and different levels of mobility.
OUTDOOR FACILITIES
Just off the main terrace you will find a hybrid barbecue (gas and charcoal) with an adjoining lounge area. This is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The fire pit invites you to cozy long evenings on the hill.
The pool is the perfect place to relax. The four built-in steps and a handrail ensure easy entry and exit. The pool is 5 x 10 meters in size, equipped with an electric safety cover and heater—although this is often not needed in the summer.
Thanks to the saltwater system, the pool water feels natural and soft. An outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrellas complete the picture and offer everything you need for a perfect day at the pool.
Further on the site is the pétanque court, with a cosy seating area under the trees – ideal for a sporty afternoon.

The villa has a carport with space for three cars, including a charging station for electric vehicles.
