Stoel Holiday Home is located on the Parc Port Couzages at Les Champs de la Veyrie 6 (House 15) in Chasteaux. This park is a small-scale bungalow park located on the Lac du Causse . From the bungalow you have a view of this beautiful reservoir.
The 5-person house is fully equipped. The living room consists of a sitting and dining area with an open kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, cooler, kettle, coffee machine and a Senseo machine.
You can receive almost all Dutch TV channels (including ESPN 1) via satellite.

Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and 2 bedrooms. On the top floor (mezzanine) there is another bedroom with 2 separate beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. You must bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels.
In front of the house you will find a terrace with dining table, garden chairs and cushions. The terrace extends to the end of the house. Here you can sit and enjoy the peace and the surroundings. There is a BBQ on the terrace, where you can dine in the evening. There is also a sun lounger (stretcher) in the storage box. Behind the house there is the possibility to place a clothes dryer. There are various fruit trees around the house: apple and walnuts.
The park is located directly on the Lac du Causse. Here you can take a refreshing dip on hot days. A rope is hung in one of the trees, with which children or young adults can splash in the water.
It is advisable to wear water shoes, because there are stones on the bottom.
Ski Nautique is located on the shore of the Lac du Causse, in front of the park, where you can go water skiing in July and August or sail behind a motorboat on a tire.
On the other side of the lake there is a sandy beach. At the end of this beach is a water sports rental, where you can rent pedal boats, canoeing and paddle boats. Of course you can also fish. (permit can be purchased on site) There is a lot of fish, such as catfish and carp. A walking path of +/- 8 km runs around the lake. And a little further away from the lake, there are also various paths in the woods where you can take beautiful walks or MTB routes.

Turenne , an old fortified town with a castle at the top from which you have a beautiful view.
Collonges la Rouge , a jewel of a village with castles, houses and turrets in red sandstone.
Sarlat , old town with city walls, pleasant squares, shopping streets, terraces and markets.
Rocamadour pilgrimage site , built on a rock in the middle of the Causse de Gramat. There is a castle on top of the rock. There are plenty of sights to see, such as the Forêt des Singes , a forest of 20 hectares. where 130 monkeys roam freely; you can view it unaccompanied.
The rivers Vézère and Dordogne; endless canoe trips along beautiful places.
