Maple Tree Gite: a charming, traditional stone gite that was once a bakery with bread oven and stables for the horses. Renovated in 2020, it offers a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The lounge has a sofa bed.
With two bedrooms, one double bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds and is small, but lends itself to sleeping 2 children perfectly well. We have selected Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep.
The bathroom is large and is equipped with a shower, luxury toiletries, fluffy towels and bath robes.
The property is set in mature gardens where you will find the swimming pool and sun loungers which are shared with our other gite.
There is a wonderful outdoor kitchen and games room with table tennis and darts to make the most of the warm summers evenings. Maple Tree has a wonderful covered terrace for alfresco dinning.
You have the option to reserve our wood fired hot tub to make the most of the beautiful sunsets, whilst letting the bubbles ease away those daily stresses. The reservation of the hot tub carries an additonal charge.
The local area is just waiting to be explored. The northern Dordogne offers lake beaches, caves, chateaux, pretty towns and viilages, canoeing, paddle boarding, archery, boat trips and bustling French markets. A car is essential to enjoy this enchanting region.
