Lime Tree Gite: Previously run as a apple press for the area, it now is a cosy little one bedroom gite attached to our farmhouse.

The garage doors from the roadside were originally built to allow a horse and cart to pull alongside and unload the fruit straight into the building.

Lime Tree has a modern feel, with open plan kitchen/diner and lounge with gorgeous views over the countryside to the woods.

We have a wood fired hot tub that is a wonderful way to ease those daily stresses whilst watching the stunning sunset. The hot tub needs to be pre booked for your personal use and carries an additional charge.

The double bedroom is facing East so benefits from the early morning sunshine and has enough space for an additonal small bed or cot.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity unit. All bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge and air fryer. You also have use of your own BBQ.

The courtyard has a beautiful Lime Tree which gives much needed shade in the summer and guests are welcome to use the facilities shared with our other gite, Mapel Tree.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price.
